Ok this is something new. This being my first blog, I chose to question TV programming. I have watched many of the mindless programs on the television. There is more violence on the airwaves and in our media than what the normal human can handle. I have watched British programs, mysteries mostly, and find that during the program I find myself trying to solve the problem and getting into the program. On American TV, one can almost solve the problem within the first few minutes. I speak mostly of mystery programs because those are the ones that challange the mind most. In American mysteries there is a lot of shooting and blood and in general violence. In British TV they use the imagination to put you into the program. I have also watched those programs on the more educational channels, and in doing so I find them more interesting than "Desperate Housewives" or the reality TV programs, which are mostly backbiting and cheating on team mates.
So this is my first blog, I hope I find something more interesting in the future.
